The Channel Marketing Manager for Business and Hospitality is located on-site in our North American Headquarters in Beaverton, OR. The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for defining the channel marketing strategy, establishing compelling channel campaigns and programs, building and executing the communication plan, and working with key stakeholders and partners to optimize third-party relationships for VTech. The position also includes defining and supporting channel marketing campaigns for our Hospitality sale channel. 

-In partnership with key stakeholders, and for both named sales groups, this position will identify new channel marketing opportunities, assist in building valuable partnerships, and oversee channel activities and programs with a strong focus on channel sales and marketing initiatives that have a direct impact on increasing active resellers and revenue-per-partner.
-Support Product Managers with marketing activities related to new product launches and promotion of existing products. 
-Work closely with key partners and ITSP providers to develop joint marketing strategies that tie to revenue goals.
           -Conduct face-to-face marketing reviews on a quarterly or bi-annually basis to build relationships and ensure channel and go-to-market strategy alignment between partner and VTech
-Plan, develop and roll-out channel enablement tools, marketing-through & lead generation campaigns for partner use, partner portal content, partner newsletters, promotions and training
           -Partner with the Web Channel Manager to translate marketing initiatives and campaigns to all web platforms supporting the channel: corporate web sites, etailor sites.
-Work with the sales team, managing channel-enablement programs, including partner conferences, webinars, and all sales collateral including partner co-branded collateral.
-Work with key stakeholders to ensure that channel conflict is minimized.
-Manage channel marketing budgets for Business channels
          -Ensure budget spending is aligned with right partners, on the right programs and with the appropriate product focus.
-Continually analyze and track program success.
          -Implement metrics to demonstrate ROI against channel marketing investment.
-Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities for optimization opportunities and post campaign results reporting. Done through established monthly channel reports.
 Assess and manage trade show schedule and participation with support of Events Manager



-Strong working experience managing marketing initiatives for a manufacturer, or service provider where joint marketing strategies are developed and implemented to enable solution sales through partner channels.
-Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop knowledge
-Strong organizational, time management, communication, persuasiveness and adaptability skills
-Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and collaborative skills
-Strong working knowledge of Business to Business channels and specific partner and reseller marketing levers


Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, and 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in the area of Marketing with an emphasis on Channel Marketing. A minimum of three years of experience in manufacturer or service provider partner marketing, or any combination of experience and education that provides the necessary skills, knowledge and ability to perform assigned tasks.
